It's been awhile since I've posted to this blog. This is mostly due to some health things I have been dealing with recently. Well those health things came to a head last Thursday and well let's just say things did not go as planned. I went in for a somewhat routine heart procedure that wound up being a 5 day hospital stay. Now that I am home I have had time to sit back and reflect on everything that has happened and I have concluded that I am very lucky woman with a wonderful husband and family. They did so much for me while I was in the hospital and I can't be more grateful. I have also concluded that I actually didn't mind the hospital food and got excited when they send the menu around every morning for the next day. Call me crazy but Jeff (Thomas Jefferson Hospital) makes a great piece of salmon! This experience has
been a real eye opener. I will never take anything for granted again. Carpe Diem...Seize the Day!
Well back to the photo part of this blog. I was lucky enough to go to Madison's first horse show of the year. It was her first show with her new girl Ellie. They did a great job together and we are looking forward to the rest of the show season. Here are some photos from the show.
